Eleanor provides gentle Deep Pressure Touch (proprioceptive input) which many children find settling. This kind of steady weight can support emotional regulation, reduce restlessness, and make transitions (bedtime, mornings, new routines) feel a little easier.

How to use

For calming: place Frankl across the lap, shoulders or chest during homework, reading, gaming cool-downs or wind-down before sleep.

Warm therapy:

• 500–750 W microwave: up to 60 seconds
• 800–1000 W microwave: up to 30 seconds. Allow heat to disperse evenly and test temperature before use.

Cool therapy: place Eleanor in a clean bag, then refrigerate or freeze for a few hours until comfortably cool.

Care

• Treat with love: spot clean only (no soaking or machine wash).
• Air dry completely before storing.
• Do not overheat or reheat until fully cool.
• Check regularly for wear and discontinue if damaged.
