Refunds

 

Here at Sensory Oasis for Kids we want you to be 100% happy with all of your purchases so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for faulty items.

In the unfortunate but unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged on delivery we will either replace or refund depending on your preference.

You must notify us within seven days of the fault by email to sales@sensoryoasisforkids.com.au so we can organise the replacement or refund.

Payment Methods

 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Cheque and Direct Bank Deposit. We now also AfterPay and Zippay so please refer to their terms should you wish to use this service.

Orders will be sent to you once payment clears which can be 1-2 business days for Direct Bank Deposit.

For schools, businesses and other organisations we are happy to send an invoice for orders. Please click here for more information on Purchase Orders for Schools / Organisations.

For NDIS Orders, please fill in the participant details when you check out and we will process your order within 1-2 business days. For more information on NDIS ordering, please click here.

Pick Ups

 
You are welcome to pick up your items from my store in Altona North. Please select “Click & Collect (Altona North VIC)” when you check out and an email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.
 

Postage and Delivery

 

Postage and Delivery Costs in Australia

Unfortunately, shipping is expensive and prices are always on the increase – often it costs us more to ship to you than we actually charge! Your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the distance it needs to travel.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours of being submitted Monday through Friday if all items are in stock. We use Australia Post and Aramax as from our experience they are the most reliable in getting orders delivered successfully and in a timely manner. If you provide an email address with your order, you will receive tracking updates from them so you can see when your order will be arriving at your door.

*Please note, some surcharges may apply on postage for bulkier items and will be indicated on the product’s page.

Express Shipping

We love getting your goodies delivered to you as soon as possible so if you select Express Post we will endeavour to get your order sent out the same business day if you order before 1pm. If you order after this time it will be booked to go out the next business day. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times and whilst we will get your order shipped as soon as possible, it is out of our hands once Australia Post has it. Unfortunately as a small business, we cannot offer same day delivery.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Returns

 

Here at Sensory Oasis for Kids we want you to be 100% happy with all of your purchases and we realise that sometimes things just aren’t quite right for you.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) and we will provide you with a store credit so you can chose something else. All returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required. You must contact us by email at sales@sensoryoasisforkids.com.au to let us know within 30 days should you wish to exchange your item.
