Sensory Oasis for Kids is proud to be a registered provider for the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS).
Our Provider Registration Number is 4050017872 and we are approved for the following supports in all states except NT.

Completing the checkout process and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions confirms the Service Agreement between the National Disability Insurance Scheme Participant (you / your client) and the Provider (Purple Spectrum P/L T/a Sensory Oasis for Kids).
The Responsibility of The Provider:
- The Provider agrees to process the order and supply the goods in a timely and efficient manner.
The Responsibility of the Participant
The Participant / Participant’s Representative agrees
- To inform the Provider about which items they wish to order to meet the participant’s needs
- To let the Provider know immediately if the participant’s NDIS plan is suspended or replaced by a new NDIS plan or the participant stops being a participant in the NDIS
- Allow the Provider to make service booking/s and payment request/s through the portal for items requested by the Participant / Participant’s Representative.
- That all items requested are approved by the NDIS as Core Supports / Assistive Technology to help the Participant meet the goals in their plan.
- That all items classified as “High Risk” are approved by the NDIS and / or a Registered Health Professional as reasonable and necessary and that all safety considerations have been considered.

Sensory Oasis for Kids $500 Voucher Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
The information provided forms part of the terms and conditions of entry, by participating in this promotion you accept these terms and conditions.
This promotion is being run by Sensory Oasis for Kids (‘the Promoter’) at its location: 36 Lobelia Dr, Altona North VIC 3025. (ABN: 85 617 855 268)
The promotion will run from November 25 2022 at 00:01 am and close on November 28 2022 at 11:59 pm AEDT.
The winner of this promotion will receive a total of 1x $500 Sensory Oasis for Kids voucher, to spend in-store or online. The voucher must be taken as is and cannot be redeemed for cash.
This promotion is a game of chance and will be decided via electronic software. The winner will be drawn on the 1st of December and will only be notified if they have won.
Conditions of Entry:
- There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.
2. Entrants must reside in Australia.
3. Spend $50 in-store or online at Sensory Oasis for Kids.
4. Entrants' orders’ must meet the recommended payment requirement, where-by a complete payment must be received during the promotional period for any goods amounting to $50 or more in one transaction. (This is inclusive of payments made through ‘buy now, pay later’ platforms).
5. NDIS Exclusions - Exclusions apply to some NDIS orders requiring third-party payment approval, and are dependent on the order and completion of payment within the promotional period.
6. The promoter reserves the right to reject any orders that do not meet the promotional criteria, the acceptance of entrance is at the discretion of the promoter.
7. Online order entries that meet the entry requirements will automatically be submitted for the draw unless otherwise stated. In-store entries will be manually added to the draw, subject to whether the order meets the terms and conditions.
8. To be eligible to win, the entry submitted by the entrant must contain correct and accurate information. The prize will only be awarded to the person named on entry, subject to their entry complying with these terms and conditions.
9. Employees of the Promoter and family members of employees of the Promoter are not eligible to win.
10. As a condition of entering this competition, entrants agree to provide personal information to the Promoter.
