How to use

For calming: place Ollie across the lap, shoulders or chest during homework, reading, gaming cool-downs or wind-down before sleep.

Warm therapy:

• 500–750 W microwave: up to 60 seconds
• 800–1000 W microwave: up to 30 seconds. Allow heat to disperse evenly and test temperature before use.

Cool therapy: place Ollie in a clean bag, then refrigerate or freeze for a few hours until comfortably cool.

Care

• Treat with love: spot clean only (no soaking or machine wash).
• Air dry completely before storing.
• Do not overheat or reheat until fully cool.
• Check regularly for wear and discontinue if damaged.
