We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Cheque and Direct Bank Deposit. We now also have AfterPay so please refer to their terms should you wish to use this service.
Orders will be sent to you once payment clears which can be 1-2 business days for Direct Bank Deposit.

You are welcome to pick up your items from my store in Altona North. Please select “Pick Up” when you check out and an email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

Postage and Delivery Costs in Australia
Unfortunately, shipping is expensive and prices are always on the increase – often it costs us more to ship to you than we actually charge! We have tried our best to create fair shipping rates depending on the size of your order:

$0 – $50 = $12.95
$51 – $100 = $15.95
$101 – $300 = $22.95
$301 – $500 = $29.95
$501 and over =$49.95
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being submitted Monday through Friday if all items are in stock. We use Australia Post as from our experience they are the most reliable in getting orders delivered successfully and in a timely manner. If you provide an email address with your order, you will receive tracking updates from Australia Post so you can see when your order will be arriving at your door.

Here at Sensory Oasis for Kids we want you to be 100% happy with all of your purchases so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee subject to a few conditions of course.
In the unfortunate but unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged on delivery we will either repair, replace or refund. You must notify us within seven days of the fault by email to email@example.com and we will organise the return.
If you change your mind about the purchased items, you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) and we will provide you with a store credit so you can chose something else. All returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required. You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know within 30 days should you wish to exchange your item.
Please note that Sensory Oasis for Kids has the right to reject returns that have been used and not in their original state or that are outside of the 30 return period.
