This clever reusable board combines early literacy, fine motor practice and satisfying magnetic play in one portable activity. One side features uppercase letters, while the reverse includes lowercase letters, with guided stroke patterns that help children practise the movements used to form each letter.
Using the tethered magnetic stylus, children trace along the letters and watch the small metal beads pop up into place with a wonderfully satisfying tactile response. The beads can then be pushed back down to reset the board and start all over again — no paper, pencils or endless worksheets required.
Beyond the alphabet, the reverse drawing areas can also be used for free-style pictures, patterns, shapes and creative magnetic play. It’s a brilliant screen-free activity for home, classrooms, therapy settings, travel or anywhere little hands need something engaging to do.
The board contains encased magnetic components and metal beads designed to remain within the board during normal use. The magnetic stylus is attached to the board by a cord for convenient storage.
