Sukie's Suitcase

Jordie Albiston is highly regarded, both in Australia and overseas, for her poetry. She has published eleven collections, plus a handbook on poetic form. Jordie has two grown-up children, and three "grandies", for whom these stories were written. Jordie's work in the Adult World has won many awards, including the Mary Gilmore Award, the Michel Wright Poetry Award and the 2010 NSW Premier's Prize. She hopes to engage the most important audience of all - kids - with the picture-poems here. Enjoy!
